Sesame Street teams up with Chrysler

Sesame Street and Chrysler have agreed to a new partnership which has the popular Sesame Street characters appear in a new online content series with Chrysler. Over the course of the partnership, a total of 10 videos will be produced which will promote the Chrysler’s Pacifica and Pacifica Hybrid models, both cars are aimed at families. The first four videos in the series have already been released which follow the Sesame Street characters as they participate in a game show titled “Listen! Drive! Surprise!” The videos can be found on Chrysler’s YouTube page and their social channels. The Sesame Street brand is very selective in the brands they work with as they currently work with only two other brands. Sesame Street has said that it is important to partner with a brand that shares their values and looks to put families first. The new series will help Chrysler as they promote their family line of vans as Sesame Street will help attract the attention of kids and as a result their parents. Additionally, the digital format gives Chrysler the opportunity to create longer content and host it on a platform which is more suited for a younger generation.
